Job Description
We are looking for a talented individualā¦
To join our team as an Incentive Processing Specialist! In this client-facing role, you will manage and control the processing of rebate / incentive applications and claims for energy savings programs, to ensure that contractual obligations are met, claimed energy savings is reasonable, and payments are properly calculated, approved, paid, and recorded. You will also provide expertise and guidance to customers in interpreting policies to assure program participation and compliance.

- Perform 2nd-level review of work performed by others. Develops training and process/procedure documentation.
- Create and tracks incentives metrics and workflows.
- Work with community partners and trade allies regarding incentives that are moderately to highly complex provide extensive troubleshooting and analysis.Ā
- Handle difficult customer situations and bring them to resolution.
- Handle client calls for multiple programs or for moderate to highly complex incentives.Ā
- Work on special projects
- Attend and lead regularly scheduled meetingsĀ
Ā
For this exciting career opportunity, you will haveā¦
- 2-4 years of processing experience
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Proven experience in communication and leadership skills
Compensation Range
$48,800.00 - $66,300.00Currency
