We’re looking for a passionate and technically skilled SEO Operations Manager to join our team! If you’re a strategic thinker with a tactical approach and an appetite for learning the latest in Entity SEO for local businesses, this could be your next big opportunity.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

📊 Mastering entity SEO and utilizing semantic web strategies to drive exceptional results for clients.

🛠 Collaborating with our proven link providers and leveraging cutting-edge tools to enhance performance.

🧠 Critiquing and optimizing team effectiveness through coaching, process improvements, and strategic recommendations.

🔄 Reporting directly to the founders and acting as the tactical leader who brings structure and insight.

Our ideal candidate is honest, self-motivated, and adaptable. You enjoy testing strategies, making decisions, and sharing insights in a collaborative environment.

Working Hours ⏰: 

You’ll be working full-time from 6 AM - 2 PM Eastern Time, ensuring smooth collaboration with the team while maintaining work-life balance.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ A Strong SEO background

✅ Experience in local service-based business strategies.

✅ At least 2 years of management experience.

✅ Experience in reporting to more than one senior stakeholder.

✅ Excellent English communication skills and a willingness to interact with clients.

Brownie points for:

⭐ Familiarity with Entity SEO.

⭐ Experience with WordPress, Go High Level, geo-grids, and client reporting.
