Department Overview
MVRecovery is the Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who is assigned to actively work with field agents and impound locations to secure these units for our clients.
Job Description
We are searching for an Impound Coordinator to work assignments within our fast-paced environment. The qualified individual will be involved in bailing out collateral nationally. The successful recovery of assets will be completed by utilizing our proprietary systems and having discussions directly with the impound lots, agents, and clients. The Impound Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining customer service, updating designated accounts, as well as communicating with our clients throughout the lifecycle of each account. The responsibilities of this position are performed 100% via computer- it does not require field work or travel.
This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US. Due to the working schedule, it is preferred that candidates reside in the Central Time Zone. It is also preferred that candidates have previously worked in a remote environment before.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position must be persistent and professional
The ability to provide a high level of customer service
Strong organization skills, detail oriented and thrive under high priority situations
Strong and professional phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction
Working knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirements
Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
Collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, credit experience would be beneficial
Experience with collateral repossession
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Experience using Google Suite and proficiency working with computers
Target Base Salary Range: $32,700 to $49,100
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
