Description

Everi is currently seeking an Implementation Specialist I to help support our online gaming content initiatives.  As an Implementation Specialist, you will be a key member of our Digital gaming implementation team, using great attention to detail to load and configure gaming content for our clients.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Implement technical systems, software and hardware, and configuration of business processes. 
• Assist with installation deployments of Company products and third-party software. 
• Assist with third-party databases and server connections related to client use of product software. 
• Analyze system architecture, application configuration, user access, and security for operating systems and components. 
• Actively collaborate with internal teams in coordinating deployment and maintenance services. 
• Assist with application security maintenance, event investigations, and compliance enforcement regarding installations; monitors interventions, security violations, and personnel conduct related to data security, protection, and regulatory compliance. 
• Support customers, including but not limited to, performing, or assisting with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and correcting identified hardware / software issues, and assisting with training and demonstrations. 
• Represent Everi to our vendors, customers, and industry partners. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
• 1-2 yrs of software implementation and support
• Demonstrated aptitude for technical problem-solving, analytic thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience interfacing and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Nice To Have:

• Experience within the Casino Gaming industry is a huge plus.
