Overview

Cotiviti is seeking an Implementation Services Analyst.  The role will be accountable to internal customers in the pursuit of implementing new and recurring projects.  Manages milestone and task execution within implementations projects and internal process improvement efforts.  Works directly with implementation managers and internal cross-functional counterparts to ensure timely and quality output of project deliverables including but not limited to data analysis, forecasting, reporting, performance metrics and other operational functions.  Maintains project status and issues / risks in the applicable project management software and reporting mechanisms.  Project management rigor and best practices application of process excellence, as well as questioning previously established processes and providing creative solutions to achieve time / cost savings, will be of paramount importance in succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manages processes and systems related to client projects, product configuration, completion of data loads, ticket creation, special initiatives and follow up.
  • Interacts directly with clients and internal stakeholders via calls and meetings to drive client satisfaction and meet project goals.
  • Under the direction of the Implementation Manager(s), work collaboratively with Data Ops, Client Services, and other ancillary departments to deliver all contractually required services.
  • Investigates and responds to questions for assigned projects.
  • Generates, interprets and presents reports.
  • Monitors quality of product usage post-implementation and pro-actively partners with Implementation Managers and Client Services on observations relating to stickiness of implementation.
  • Identifies unmet business needs and/or requirements and works collaboratively with Implementation Services Directors to investigate process improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group setting. Must be able to perform daily functions with little supervision.
  • Strong technical skills, with proven track-record of working with robust software platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Project management software experience, LMS (learning management systems) experience, JIRA and other ticketing systems experience preferred.
  • Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. Hadoop, Tableau, WorkFront) and SQL experience is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 10% required.

Qualifications

  • B.S., B.A, or advanced degree in business or healthcare related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years working in customer relations, technical support, project management, or client services required.
  • 1+ years working in health care industry (healthcare billing, healthcare/medical claims, reimbursement, analytics) with Brokers and Consultants, Employers, Health Plans, Physicians groups, and Third-Party Administrators preferred but not necessary
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex customer problems required.
  • Process improvement skill set required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and technical skills are required.
  • Excellent organization skills, with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills required. Understands that the clients’ and internal resources’ best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery.

Base compensation ranges from $56,000.00 to $71,000.00. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
