Job Description
The Implementation Manager is responsible for delivering on our commitments with customers so that we reach our goals of 5M MAUs and 100,000 annual job placements. This role provides support from pre-sales through the entirety of the contract, works cross-functionally, to support and leverage resources from across the organization to meet client needs. This role is part of the Operations Team and collaborates with the Employer Partnership and User Acquisition teams to oversee onboarding of new clients, the delivery of outlined services, and helping to develop quality standards and practices that ensure the team is providing clients with exceptional service, as well as timely, consistent, and accurate product access. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for developing an implementation plan, creating deliverables to support the plan, and progress monitor the program to ensure partnership success, stakeholders’ satisfaction, sustainability, and growth potential.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
Coordinate with employer partners to develop an implementation/strategic plan
Manage all launch and implementation tasks (including technical setup) to ensure a strong start and overall successful partnership
Identify gaps and build strategic plans to grow implementation support for all clients and revenue models
Conduct on-boarding and training sessions for new and existing customers
Set and track partnership goals that are specific to the contract, renewal, and growth
Meet or exceed targets for customers
Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management
Design and/or gather resources that best align with the partnership’s plan
Participate in client events, if needed
Prepare action plans during milestones based on analyzing various data points concerning the operational progress of the partnership plan
If needed, project manage pilots to determine the growth opportunity in the market
Build strong relationships and assist the team with all intake and onboarding opportunities
Maintains a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards are met
Assist with improvement of service deliverables
Supervisory Responsibilities: None at this time.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years of related experience in B2B implementation
Previous project management experience
Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers
Experience managing a team
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, JIRA, Zoom, etc.); Web proficiency
Experience with project management software (Monday, Smartsheets, Miro, Lucid, etc.)
Efficient and detail-oriented but still able to work productively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Ability to consistently maintain and exhibit a forward-thinking, inclusive attitude and level of contribution
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and positively in writing, verbally, and via multiple electronic platforms
Ability to clear required background check

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $121,792.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
