The Clinical Implementation Consultant is a clinically focused Subject Matter Expert for Senior Living and Long-Term Care customers. This role will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to lead customers through software implementation, providing training and guidance on best practice workflows.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
Skills developed through Senior Living and Long-Term Care industry experience, or similar consulting experience, will best support the following responsibilities:
- Deliver proficient clinical consulting services to drive complete and successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for Senior Living and Long-Term Care customers.
- Provide workflow guidance to customer decision makers with thorough understanding of best-practices, MatrixCare clinical performance, and related reporting tools.
- Educate learners of all abilities in classroom settings and via remote sessions.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert to e-learning content team, and key presenter for monthly, webinar-based customer trainings.
- Maintain strong communication regarding customer status, consulting, escalations, and satisfaction, externally and within the implementation team.
- Ability to utilize analytics tools to drive customer success.
- Simultaneously lead multiple customer implementation projects of varying size and scope.

- Prior experience within the Senior Living and Long-Term Care industry.
- Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles.
- Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
