Deployment Execution
Configures and trains Customers on Kyriba modules. Implements business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements.
Effectively applies Kyriba methodology and enforces implementation standards.
Manages smaller projects independently. day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Supports blueprint engagements and produces related collateral.
Assists to identify and quantify project risks.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Maintains 80% utilization rate.
Communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Ability to produce high-quality project documentation and training.
Ability to understand and resolve customer issues.
Facilitates effective client meetings.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Client Management
Effectively sets and manages client expectations.
Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
Consultant Development
Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond standard Kyriba training.
Improves Kyriba product knowledge by attending Kyriba training session and acquiring new certifications.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance or relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous project/customer management experience.
Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.
Capability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones.
This job requires passing/clearing job-related Training and Certifications within the first 3 months of starting.
