IFG Technology Implementation Director

 The Director, Technology Solution Implementation delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Director, Technology Solution Implementation requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.

This role will be with IFG and responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:

• implements technology into business solutions
• gathers and documents business system and functional requirements
• influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements
• completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team
• decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance
• provides input into functions strategy

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
• 5 or more years of management experience
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
• Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
• Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
• Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$139,500 - $192,000 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
