Identity and Access Management Analyst

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our team. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for overseeing and maintaining user access to IT systems at HSHS. The role ensures that proper protocols are in place to authenticate and authorize users, thereby safeguarding critical information. This position involves implementing IAM policies, managing user roles, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA security regulations.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security or related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of information technology experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a similar provisioning role is preferred.
• Experience with IAM systems such as Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar platforms is preferred.
