This position is responsible for assisting with collecting and reporting performance metrics, training and supporting team members, and leading reviews for various audits and providing enterprise-wide support to fulfill account and role provisioning requests in a timely manner. This includes working closely with business units to ensure accounts and roles are provisioned according to business needs while adhering to access management program guidelines and security policies.

  • Assists with the IAM service functions through daily administration and support, process and procedure maintenance, technical documentation, and policy support.

  • Assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the technology tools to support systems and increase IAM automation.

  • Administers, manages and supports within policy and SLA guidelines all account credentialing for systems / applications across the enterprise, as applicable.

  • Assists the team with design, develop and implementation of technical policies, standards and procedures for user authenticated environments and systems.

  • Assists the other IAM technical staff to ensure proper security practices are being established and followed.

  • Manages user access problems and questions reported through ITSM Service Delivery Platform.

  • Assists the IAM team with managing and resolving technical issues across a variety of hardware, software, and networking topics including but not limited to; Remote Desktop Support, Encryption technologies, desktop applications, VoIP phone systems, various operating systems (Linux, MacOS, Windows).

  • Assists the IAM team with routine and regular ongoing reviews of security audit and control procedures as outlined in standard operating procedures.

  • Participates as needed on enterprise projects and assignments relational to access administration by management.

  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Zero (0) plus years of experience.

  • Experience with ServiceNow working within the ITIL Framework with formal Service Management.

  • Experience working in an enterprise IT environment.

  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification preferred.

  • A+, Net+, and Microsoft MTA/MCSA certifications a plus.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Excellent ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.

  • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.

  • Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.

  • Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.

  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively supervise others.

  • Excellent ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

  • Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Driven ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.

  • Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and applications access management (Desktops, server, networks, etc.).

  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical concepts practically.

  • Ability to lead and manage IT audits independently.

  • Able to work independently and with a team, prioritize tasks, effectively manage time to ensure SLA's and expectations are met.

  • Knowledge on identity and access management and security.

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge on Access Management processes and concepts.

  • Knowledge of a metrics-driven organization which demonstrated continuous improvement.

Salary: $20.43 - 28.08 per hour
