The Challenge: Become the Expert on Our Customer Personas

We’re seeking an ICP Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and 2-4 years of experience in banking, consulting, or a similar role. Your mission will be to research, analyze, and define every aspect of our key buyer personas, champions, and influencers, targeting the accounts where our AI solutions can drive the most value.

Mission Overview

As a critical member of our GTM team, you will focus on market research, analyzing data and industry trends to build a comprehensive, data-backed understanding of our target customers. Your work will provide a data foundation for our go-to-market strategies, ensuring we are focusing on the right accounts and engaging the right people within those accounts.

Core Objectives

Research and Define Target Accounts:

  • Conduct deep market research to identify and prioritize healthcare organizations that align with our AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain a database of target accounts based on industry trends, financial health, strategic goals, and technology adoption.

Buyer Persona Development:

  • Research and define key buyer, champion, and influencer personas within target accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on the most impactful personas for engagement.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze internal and external data sources to refine and continuously improve our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive account-based marketing strategies.
