As an IBM Connect:Direct Specialist at Array, you will leverage your expertise in specialized systems to ensure data accuracy, maintain system functionality, and resolve technical issues efficiently. This is an on-call, hourly contract role with no minimum hours guaranteed, requiring availability on demand to address system-related needs. This role reports to our Site Reliability Engineer manager.
You will:
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews to confirm data accuracy and transfer integrity within IBM Connect:Direct systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IBM Connect:Direct-specific system issues, including diagnosing problems and coordinating with DCSA as needed.
- Monitor IBM Connect:Direct system performance, addressing irregularities proactively to maintain operational continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues originating from external sources and ensure compliance with all relevant protocols.
- Stay informed on system updates and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
You have:
- Extensive experience with IBM Connect:Direct, including troubleshooting and system maintenance expertise.
- U.S. citizenship and compliance with all eligibility requirements, including willingness to perform duties subject to applicable FAR provisions.
- Active United States Government security clearance (preferred) or the ability to meet compliance and security standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide on-demand, high-quality support for critical system needs.
- Willingness to be on-call, hourly, with no minimum hours guaranteed, requiring availability on demand to address system-related needs.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with DoD or DCSA systems and protocols, with a preference for candidates with direct experience.
Pay transparency: $50/hr, depending on experience.
