IAM Architect - REMOTE

We currently have a career opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States and will be working central time zones.

The IAM Architect will architect, design and maintain software systems that allow users to access an organization's data and network systems.

- Security architecture: Developing a security architecture that aligns with the organization's security policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives
- Identity lifecycle management: Defining and implementing processes for managing the entire identity lifecycle, including provisioning, authorization, and de-provisioning
- Access control: Defining access control policies and ensuring that users have appropriate access rights
- Technical leadership: Providing technical leadership in the areas of identity and access management
- Risk assessment: Conducting risk assessments and implementing security best practices to safeguard customer data and privacy
- Testing: Testing users by creating situations that could compromise system security
- Vulnerability determination: Determining vulnerabilities in company databases
- Solution development: Developing solutions and recommendations for issues caused by process challenges, emerging threats, and technology changes
- MUST have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with IAM
- Deep understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Expert in one or more production enterprise deployments of the following products: PingFederation/PingOne, Sailpoint, Okta, Auth0
- Expert in migration from AD, Kerberos, etc
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with application integration, APIs, SDKs, and custom application development
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, including the use of git, CICD, and IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- This role will include domestic travel 10-25%
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
