To join CLEAResult as a HVAC Outreach Representative! You will be responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted HVAC energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings.
The successful candidate will be based in the Houston Area for frequent travel within the territory.

Recruit, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.
Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies
Create and execute outreach strategies to residential, multifamily, commercial and industrial customers
Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets
Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes, outreach strategy effectiveness
Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, trade allies and small business customers
Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function.
Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies.
Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.
Lead researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
Build a base of “registered” HVAC Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.
Prepare robust weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.

Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2-4 years of relevant industry experience such as working with contractors and/or sales
Bilingual, English/Spanish speaking preferred
Experience with using Microsoft Office Products and other outreach tools

This is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing our customers and trade allies
Driving
Are at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
Compensation Range
$50,755.00 - $74,400.00Currency
