Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is currently seeking a full time Human Resources Manager to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Human Resources Manager collaborates with local and regional leadership to formulate and implement HR strategies that contribute to organizational success in selecting, engaging and developing employees, reducing costs, improving performance, and ultimately enhancing the experiences of the people we serve. This position manages various facets of HR, including employee relations, performance management, change management, recruitment, and benefits while ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Details/Benefits:
- Full time, Exempt position
- Hybrid remote position, working remotely and out of the Southington and Rocky Hill offices
- $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business-related field, or a combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge
- Three years of experience as an HR Generalist or Organizational Development practitioner
- One year of supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use and learn Human Resources Information Systems and other web-based systems
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
