Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. As an Intern in the Data and Devices Business Unit, you will:
• The Data & Devices HR intern will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Project Management Office (PMO).
• This position reports to Ella Morrison, Senior Manager, Human Resources, and will be remote.
• Expected results are completion of projects on strategic initiatives within the D&D business unit while working across various business and HR functions. Specific projects will be assigned closer to the start of the internship.
Responsibilities

• Assist HRBPs with project planning and execution: Collaborate on project plans, monitor progress, and prepare status updates.
• Conduct research and analyze data: Research HR trends and benchmarks, analyze data from surveys and metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare project documentation: Create presentations and draft reports summarizing project outcomes and recommendations.
• Contribute to employee engagement efforts: Organize feedback sessions and analyze results to enhance engagement strategies.
