Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: Daily work is 100% remote, on-site required in Central IL as needed, avg 1 time/month

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field required.
- Four years’ experience in Human Resources Generalist role or similar may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Two years HR Generalist or related experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- PHR/SPHR or SCP/CP preferred.

Pay Range:
$28.14 - $42.21A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
