We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing organization. This position is remote. The ideal HR generalist will develop and maintain relationships across the organization and help foster a positive employee experience. The right individual will have the opportunity to support the growth of the organization and many HR functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Area HR Leader with tasks supporting the integration of new companies
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
  • Review training needs of the Area to ensure compliance and proper record-keeping
  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure employees are receiving support and development opportunities
  • Focus on employee morale and engagement, continuously working with the Area HR leader to identify opportunities to create an engaged workforce
  • Support Supervisors with goal setting and review processes
  • Facilitate conversations related to employee classification
  • Assist with internal communications and prepare reports
  • Support implementation of processes, policies, procedures, and reporting
  • May participate in or lead special projects or committees as assigned
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and Comp & Benefits to address issues as needed
  • Demonstrate a positive approach to successfully build relationships with people throughout the organization 


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related degree
  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Professional certification is a plus
  • Experience writing employee documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
