Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Remote). Position is fully remote but we ask that the person live in Minnesota and be within driving distance of our office locations to support possible in person events.

Schedule: Full Time/40 hours per week, M-F 9-5pm

 

Job Summary:

 The Human Resource Generalist will support the daily functions of the Human Resource Director and  Department including onboarding, credentialing, payroll, benefits, enforcing company policies and practices, generating reports, gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for contract and policy development. 


Responsibilities:

  • Adding/initial, tracking and terming credentialing applications and coordinating re-credentials for all providers. 
  • Implements new hire orientation/onboarding for all new hires.
  • Assists with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, review and fixing processing errors.
  • Work with Payroll to run commissions of all 1099 providers.
  • Assists with the administration of employee benefits, acting as employee advocate and liaison to VP of Total Rewards.
  • Performs audits and maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings.
  • Responsible for running monthly provider billed hours report.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Human Resources Director.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints; informs HR Director when additional investigation is required.
  • Assists with preparation of plans, policies, documents, and reports.
  • Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes.
  • Support other ARC partnered practices as the needs arise.
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Director.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software (Paylocity).

Annual Salary: $55,000-$65,000


The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for this position. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value of LynLake Center's for Wellbeing/ARC Health Partner’s benefits package, which includes, among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision, and retirement.
