Description

Reimagined Parking is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Human Resources Business Partner. This role is responsible for providing support to all employees in multiple branches within the Northeast. The HRBP will be an HR subject matter expert and primary point of contact who leverages relationship building, critical thinking, and sound decision making to drive consistent HR operations. While integrating the latest federal and state regulations, the role will provide strategic counsel and advisement to managers by spearheading and pioneering employee relations and all employment-related initiatives. This role will require 25% local travel.
The ideal candidate must be based in New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), or Maryland (MD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as consultant to managers for all labor relations and employee relations matters for a non-exempt employee population.
  • Lead and support investigations of employee related matters, ensuring Company policies and procedures are met. 
  • Coordinate and implement new policies, processes, and training to support the organization’s human resources compliance and strategy needs. 
  • Reinforce company culture by taking a proactive approach to support and promote the company values and Standards of Conduct. 
  • Provide guidance and support with local workforce planning.
  • Interpret and provide advice/recommendations on collective agreement matters. 
  • Monitor and analyze employee turnover and HR metrics to develop appropriate action plans to address identified needs. 


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field. 
  • 5+ year HR Generalist experience required
  • 3+ years' experience working with employees subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
  • PHR designation a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be based in New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), or Maryland (MD).
