JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. This is a role that is proactive due to expected growth and is not an immediate need.
Responsibilities:
Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and oversee various human resources policies & procedures
Support all aspects of employee experience, including influencing the appropriate application of expectations and policies, documentation, and merit increase process
Act as the initial point of contact for all employee relations issues or concerns, referencing appropriate employment law knowledge as needed
Provide monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management: participate in the completion of monthly HR reporting/audits
Assist with the recruitment and interview process
Participate in and lead efforts designed to improve employee morale and company culture
Maintain and coordinate employee development, including performance reviews, learning and training sessions, and leadership programs
Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action, employee retention, and continuous improvement
Learn, develop and support benefits administration and payroll processing for 11,000+ employees
Qualifications:
Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment and to effectively handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)
5+ years of Human Resources experience in various functions including HR Business Partner role
HR Certification is a plus
Experience influencing senior leaders around HR matters
HRIS system experience and knowledge required, Workday and Service Now preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, & creativity to changing needs and situations
Team player with ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
Proven strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships in the course of business
Strong communication skills and ability to interact successfully in a team environment

$72,700.00 - $129,900.00Compensation Frequency:
AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
