Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) collaborates closely with business leaders and People Team Centers of Excellence to align people and business objectives, drive high performing teams and create a best-in-class employee experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for designated client groups. 
  • Advise the business in areas such as change management, process efficiency, organizational design, developmental needs, and leadership effectiveness. 
  • Partner with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Experience & Programs, People Operations and Talent Analytics teams to assess and address organizational needs and attract, develop, and retain talent. 
  • Creatively leverage data to recommend and develop people strategies and support leaders in decision-making.
  • Strategically guide the business through People Team processes and programs, i.e. performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement survey planning, to drive team capability and engagement. Recommend improvements and take initiative to implement them as applicable. 
  • Coach team members to effectively manage performance and deliver feedback.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance. Partner with the Legal department as needed.

We are looking for:

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4+ years in HRBP roles.
  • Experience coaching leaders and adept at flexing to different communication styles. 
  • ​​Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong business, functional and industry acumen.
  • Ability to leverage data to tell stories and help make better decisions. 
  • A love of continual learning, approaching the challenges of an ambiguous environment with a curious mindset and “get-the-job-done” mentality.
