  • 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK time).

About the Role

The HubSpot Digital Marketer reports directly to the Australia-based Head of Marketing and is expected to have a strong understanding of inbound marketing, automation, and lead generation to drive our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for leveraging HubSpot to execute, optimize, and measure marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our sales and customer experience teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve HubSpot tools (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub), Automate emails, workflows, and lead scoring. Keep data organized for better targeting.
  • Create and manage blogs, emails, and social media content, optimize content for SEO and lead generation, track and improve content performance.
  • Capture and nurture leads using HubSpot forms and CTAs, Improve lead quality with better scoring and tracking.
  • Run email and ad campaigns, then track results, test and optimize emails, landing pages, and ads, and create reports to measure success.
  • Work with sales and customer teams for better marketing, keep HubSpot connected with other tools, and stay updated on new HubSpot features.
 

Position Requisites

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation.
  • Familiar with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data and create marketing reports.
  • Strong skills in copywriting and content marketing.
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, and website optimization (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
