Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the Workday system, focusing on Benefits and Compensation modules, to meet organizational needs and best practices.
- Partner with HR and stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into effective system configurations and enhancements while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Design, test, and implement new features, upgrades and HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration, specifically with payroll and benefits systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues and guide end-users on maximizing system functionality.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Workday implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and execute project plans, including risk management strategies, to ensure the successful delivery of system changes and upgrades.
- Offer expert support and training to HRIS users, maintaining data integrity and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions on HRIS functionalities with a focus on payroll and benefits.
- Generate complex standard and ad-hoc reports with a focus on payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an HRIS analyst or specialist role, with a focus on US benefits, payroll integrations, and HR analytics.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Workday modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Cloud Connect for Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Help, and Studio.
- Strong project management skills with experience in risk management, stakeholder communication, and change management.
- Experience with Workday reporting, integration, and testing methodologies during project implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Workday reporting; experience in Discovery Boards is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and management at all levels.
- Preference for Pacific or Central time zones.
