Position Overview:

The HRIS Manager will be a key member of the People & Talent team. You will serve as the technical point of contact and provide functional and technical support across Workday including daily support, maintenance, and configuration of Workday and other HCM applications. The HRIS Manager will need to collaborate with multiple functional areas and with key stakeholders. The position will be a project lead to support enhancements, testing, and other technical projects to support our people strategies. This role will ensure that the most efficient and effective reporting and data integrity solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Key technical support analyst for HCM applications including daily support & configuration to ensure data and system integrity.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to support ongoing processes and new enhancements to scale and improve processes.
  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues and requests as needed.
  • Partner with cross functional areas, including teams across People & Talent, IT, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, and within the business.
  • Liaise with both internal and external resources to coordinate and support initiatives.
  • Gather and outline requirements for new configuration and future enhancements for all areas of Workday and People Applications.
  • Configure and enhance workflows, business processes, and user security.
  • Design, document, and monitor reports & integrations across all vendors and reporting uses in HR.
  • Maintain documentation to support proper controls and appropriate approvals.
  • Develop, manage and maintain reporting, dashboards, and internal reference guides to ensure adoption of the platform.
  • Make recommendations for continued process improvement, system efficiency, and new technologies as the business grows.

Who you are:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in large HRIS systems.
  • Workday experience required including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Absence Management.
  • Project management experience centered around continued improvements to the system and processes that support the business’s needs.
