Job Description
The HR Reporting Analyst assists in leading, developing, and fulfilling of Human Resources reporting and analytics. This team member is responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, development, operation, problem solving and process improvement efforts reports and reporting standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Conducts day-to-day reporting responsibilities for Human Resources to include building, maintaining, pulling, reviewing, compiling, and distributing HR reports, ensuring data integrity and usability
• Continually evaluates processes and procedures for team and facilitates operational improvements as identified
• Maintains the Reporting Standard Operating Procedures documentation database and all documents contained therein
• Collaborates with other roles to design, create, and implement databases, macros, reporting tools, and reports to assist with efficiency needs and standardization requirements of the organization
• Coordinate with other HR staff to design specific measures, metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Evaluate team and work area reporting needs and design / create reporting tools specifically for those needs
• Designs, builds, and maintains data models to enable analytics and reporting
• Assists in hiring, training, and developing new and existing team members
• Ensure team members have appropriate training and resources to perform job functions in a manner that will allow the team to exceed expectations
• Coordinates necessary schedules for rotating duties and business needs
• Cross-trains team members to cover the scope of the work in any individual’s absence
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
o Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Center, including building and maintaining Table, Canvas (Detailed Reporting and Advanced Reporting), Tiles, Dashboards, and Story Reports.
o Must have the ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
o Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
o Must have demonstrated ability for problem-solving
o Logically decipher a complicated process and break that process into specific components to achieve desired result
o Must have strong working knowledge of MS Excel
o Knowledge of data structure and business systems
o Able to lead and interact in a team environment
o Effectively communicate with all levels of management within the organization
o Experience with process automation (desired)
o Must have 1+ years of experience working with PowerBI
o 2-4 years of experience either in reporting or handling system data
