Position Holder is Accountable For:
- Complete bi-weekly payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all changes.
- Manage employee LOA programs in accordance with company policies and applicable federal and state laws including FMLA, PFL, STD, LTD and Military leave.
- Process all invoices related to HR benefits and programs ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Under guidance of HR leadership, manage employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness program and other fringe benefits.
- Act as primary HR contact for internal reporting and audit requirements.
- Work with third-party administrator to ensure compliance with federal and state regulated programs and required reporting such as Affirmative Action, VETS, EEOC-1, and ACA.
- Act as first line support for employees with HR related questions or concerns
- Act as primary HR contact managing all changes and requests across HRIS systems
- Develop workflows to improve operational processes and efficiencies for the department.
- Under guidance of HR Leadership, lead annual Open Enrollment processes related to employee education, communications, and benefit elections.
- Provide support in other areas of HR as needed.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of three years of related Human Resources experience, including experience supporting payroll processing, benefit administration and leave of absence programs.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize accordingly
- Experience with HRIS programs, ADP a plus
- Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to successfully communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Extensive experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new platforms as needed.
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
