Job Description: 

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing the planning,  execution, and management of HR data auditing,  workforce metrics, and technology projects. This role involves collaborating across the HR function, IT, and other stakeholders to implement systems and business processes that enhance HR

operations, improve user experience, and drive organizational efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.

  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

  • Audit and identify data processing errors and report for correction.

  • Assist in prepping and submitting data for internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Create and maintain Workday configurations such as supervisory organization, organizational assignments, and EIB creation.

  • Develop clear, impactful data presentations, utilizing visuals and insights to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.

  • Serve as the business lead for end-to-end HR technology projects, from conception through deployment by developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional HR teams to collaborate with IT and vendors to achieve project objectives, manage deliverables, and resolve any issues.

  • Coordinate post-implementation support and evaluation to address any issues, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement with HR Technology Solutions.


 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+  years of experience in project management, specifically with HR technology systems.

  • 2+ years of experience in data management experience

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems and how HR technology can impact them..

  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and software.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

  • Experience with data integration and system migrations

  • Workday experience

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies

The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
