Location: Remote (Must be based in NY, NJ, PA, MA, DC, IL, IN, OH, WI, AZ, CA, or WA)

Compensation: $20/hour, 20 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by assisting with various recruitment activities. This is a remote position, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States (CPT, OPT, Green Card, or Citizenship).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Recruitment Channels: Research and identify new platforms and strategies to attract top talent.
  • Resume Screening: Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct Initial Interviews: Perform first-round interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Write Candidate Recommendations: Summarize interview feedback and provide recommendations to the hiring team.
  • Maintain Recruitment Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Collaborate with Hiring Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and prioritize hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (CPT, OPT, Green Card, or Citizenship).
  • Must reside in one of the following states: NY, NJ, PA, MA, DC, IL, IN, OH, WI, AZ, CA, or WA.
