We are looking for a rock star HR Generalist with a strong understanding of common HR functions such as employee relations, benefits, compensation etc. This role will support our Corporate HRBP team supporting various functions of the business, working closely with employees and managers, and provide transactional HR support to the business as needed.
What you’ll do:
Partner with HRBPs and COEs to deliver and support HR programs and policies
Provide consultation and coaching to employees and manager population (escalating to HRBP as necessary)
Provides performance management guidance to managers including coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning
Coach managers to anticipate talent issues proactively
Analyze trends on talent data and org health surveys (e.g., Exit Surveys, Engagement Surveys) in partnership with leadership to develop solutions and programs
Work with cross functional stakeholders to execute on HR processes (e.g., working with Legal on involuntary termination)
Answer common employee questions that require certain level of policy interpretation (e.g., what is our DTO policy, policy on working remotely from other countries, etc)
Partner with Employee Relations on investigations, corrective action and leaves of absence as needed
Assist HRBPs in design and implementation of special HR projects aligned with eHealth’s overall talent strategy

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR, previous experience as an HR Generalist preferred

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
