Role Overview
The HR Data Scientist collaborates with HR leaders and key stakeholders to identify and address key people opportunities, driving improvements in people-related metrics through advanced analytics. This position will perform advanced analytics including predictive modeling to forecast aggregate and individual level outcomes as well as hypothesis testing to make data drive decisions. The HR Data Scientist will also support HR business intelligence dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep knowledge of data analytics and visualization and will be passionate about applying these skills to people data.

Compensation: $90,000 - 120,000/annually
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Perform advanced analytics using people data from Workday combined with other relevant data across the organization.
Build predictive models (Regression, Decision Trees, Time Series, Survival Analysis, etc.) to predict aggregate or individual outcomes.
Use predictive models to identify critical variables that drive people outcomes.
Recommend treatments to improve people metrics, design experiments and perform hypothesis testing to make statistically sound conclusions on effectiveness.
Build and support HR business intelligence dashboards.
Perform ETL as needed to support analytics and business intelligence.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ year of demonstrated experience building predictive models using Python or R.
Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields with at least 1+ year of work …
