As the Manager, HR Communications, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative that connects our diverse and talented workforce helping to foster a culture of transparency, engagement, and innovation.

Where you come in:

  • Serve as lead strategic communications partner to global HR leadership and programs.
  • Provide executive communications support to Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Provide counsel, planning, and execution to companywide needs and initiatives beyond HR in partnership with the Corporate Communications team that relate to the employee experience, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and feedback structures to measure the efficacy of HR communication programs and leverage that data to evolve the HR Communications strategy and optimize future campaigns.
  • Write, edit, proofread, and circulate for approval a variety of communications deliverables; using corporate messaging and brand guidelines as well as program and companywide objectives to inform messaging.

What makes you successful:

  • Develop an expert understanding of HR’s global structure, programs, audiences, and business objectives—as well as Corporate Comms’ available communication channels; and leverage that knowledge to provide proactive planning and execution of effective communications that help achieve HR’s business objectives and effectively serve Dexcom employees.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to advance HR business objectives, present ways to best pursue these opportunities, and oversee the execution of approved plans.
  • Stay updated on best-practice communication tools, tactics, and strategies, and proactively provide council to HR leaders and companywide executives regarding these practices and how Dexcom can apply them to optimize the employee experience.
  • Hire, train, and develop HR/internal communications professionals as needed, advancing their capabilities as strategic partners and communications leaders and HR’s comms-related objectives.

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
