The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for an HR Case Advisor to join our dynamic team of HR Business Partners and wider HR crew. You’ll be the go-to person for proactive employee relations case support, working closely with our people managers to tackle issues head-on. Spot trends, share your wisdom, and ensure best practices are the norm. We love fresh ideas and continuous improvement, so your input on processes will be highly valued. Drive interventions, identify emerging issues, and collaborate with legal and trade unions to keep everything running smoothly.

This role is based at Heysham 2, supporting both sites, and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Alongside a starting salary of from £38,000 per annum we offer a competitive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, and a wide range of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle. You’ll be appointed based on the parameters outlined in the Personal Contract agreement.
