The HR Business Partner (HRBP), is a pivotal position responsible for helping to scale our global company and ensuring our workforce is engaged, productive and successful, as we continue on our path of rapid growth and expansion. The HR Business Partner will work closely with senior HR Business Partners and with members across the People Team: Compensation, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business and Org Capability. In addition will support leaders across multiple functions to support talent priorities at employee, team and organizational levels. The HRBP will partner daily with functional leaders and line managers resulting in fully engaged employees, effective leaders, and a best-in-class workplace culture.Â
- Develop business acumen and experience across a broad spectrum of Human Resources disciplines which may include leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, benefits, change management, leadership development, coaching and employee relations.
- Build interpersonal and leadership skills, reflecting a desire and ability to connect with employees at all levels in the company in authentic and meaningful ways.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present thoughts clearly and concisely to managers, and team members.
