As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with departmental leaders to enhance talent management, improve performance, and boost employee engagement—all while aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and promote training initiatives, including leadership programs and webinars, to foster continuous learning. 
  • Design and implement leadership development programs, assess leadership competencies, and support succession planning efforts. 
  • Build strong relationships with management and employees, fostering trust and collaboration. 
  • Guide managers on team dynamics, employee engagement, and performance improvement. 
  • Support performance management cycles, providing coaching on feedback and identifying solutions for enhancing employee performance. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with business goals, such as career development and internal mobility programs. 
  • Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. 
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and trial period reviews. 
  • Analyze HR data, identify trends, and propose improvements to align with business objectives. 

You may be the perfect fit if you: 

  • Hold a higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology. 
  • Have a strong focus on learning and development, including leadership programs and creating a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Bring HR expertise with a focus on driving HR solutions and collaborating with senior leaders. 
  • Have strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage complex HR initiatives. 
  • Are skilled in succession planning, leadership development, and identifying skill gaps. 
  • Have experience in change management and leading successful initiatives. 
  • Excel in conflict resolution and acting as a trusted advisor. 
  • Are data-driven, with the ability to use insights to guide decisions and improve performance. 
  • Are a native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+). 

Salary Range:

Contract of Employment: 10,000 - 15,000 PLN gross/month
