ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR and payroll procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering a remote workforce, will bring a track record of performing key HR administrative duties, and will be eager to apply their skills to setting a new standard for our People team and our employees. 

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records of our employees. 

  • Preparing HR documents (eg. employee contracts and NDAs).

  • Preparing payroll and overseeing EOR for international staff.

  • Managing internal HR requests (eg. PTO and parental leave).

  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding.

  • Manager our recruitment initiatives, interview processes, ATS platform, and ensure the delivery of great candidate experiences. 

  • Overseeing annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process.

  • Overseeing performance management, goal setting, training and development.

  • Reviewing and updating HR documents and processes (eg. employee handbook)

  • Managing employees and customer data in our systems.

REQUIREMENTS

This role will suit you if you have:

  • 1+ years proven HR experience with a strong focus on administration.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Experience with HR software, like a HRIS.

  • Self-motivated and driven.

  • Organized, focused, innovative, and passionate about all things HR / People. 

  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field

  • CIPD or equivalent qualification (Nice to have)

  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Ashby

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($60,000-$80,000). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
