Job Description
Support and advance Arrow’s usage of ServiceNow as part of the Global HR Technology team. Provide software integration and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the HR assessments including analyzing current data and identifying opportunities for improved software system functionality and accuracy. Suggest software improvements, proactively address issues, and build and maintain ServiceNow software, including upgrades. Lead and advise junior technical analysts through trainings, code reviews, coaching, process documentation and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the position offered or 6 years of experience assessing and suggesting ServiceNow software improvements. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 6 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated. Also requires 1 year of experience developing ServiceNow modules; implementing ServiceNow upgrades and releases; and leading junior resources and serving as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
*Position reports to office in Centennial, CO, but may telecommute from anywhere within the U.S.
We are offering a salary of $152,069 to $167,275/year.
