About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. This role involves driving Workday Reporting, collaborating closely with the analytics team on people analytics initiatives, handling day-to-day analytical tasks, and supporting compensation analytics, including survey submissions and executive compensation analysis.Â
This role can be fully remote within the US, ideally working CST or EST hours.
What Youâll Do
- Workday Reporting: Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports to support business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workday reports.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to generate and interpret reports.
- HRIS: Partner closely with Systems Engineering to optimize Workday, Greenhouse, and any other people systemsÂ
- Serve as the People lead on anything systems related, i.e. leading the first round of testing on key initiatives and ensuring PRDs reflect all business requirementsÂ
- Ad hoc analytics: Serve as the go-to for all day-to-day People analytics
- Partner with the Analytics team to design and implement people analytics dashboards/ broader analytics needs (i.e. âsprintâ analytics)
- Provide data-driven insights to support people-wide operations and initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Compensation Analyst: Conduct compensation-related analyses, including salary benchmarking, pay equity studies, and market competitivenessÂ
- Manage survey submissions and ensure accurate and timely participation in compensation surveys.
- Support executive compensation analyses, including preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Skills Weâre Looking For
- 3+ Years of Workday Reporting ExperienceÂ
- Strong analytical skills with in depth knowledge of Excel/Google SheetsÂ
- Solid understanding of Workday system configuration including business processes, reporting, and calculated fields
- Proactive mindset
- Strong communication skillsÂ
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Attention to detailÂ
