Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Remote, USA
Summary:
Reporting to the VP Total Rewards & HR Operations, responsibilities include providing administrative and operational support across all areas of HR. Position is remote, located in the United States.
Job Description:
Provide key support in various HR programs and activities, including but not limited to:
Support recruiting and pre-hire operational activities to include setup, maintenance and ongoing administration of background checks; ensure timely resolution of adjudications. Coordinate with Communications team to update information as needed on Company’s LinkedIn page.
Support onboarding activities to include defining/updating requirements for onboarding steps and reports/dashboards; review/update onboarding documentation; monitor onboarding activities through reports/dashboards and audit/follow up on outstanding tasks as needed to ensure critical new hire tasks are completed by targeted timelines (e.g., I-9 verification, payroll payment and tax elections).
Enter and maintain HR-related data in Workday, including correcting and rescinding transactions. Provide testing support for configuration and reporting changes.
Coordinate procurement tasks to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new vendors; create purchase orders/requisitions and coordinate and ensure the timely payment of invoices.
Administer the Company’s learning management system (“LMS”) in Workday; create training groups/classes in system; load curriculum and assign training; create requirements for reports/dashboards and follow up on outstanding training completion as needed.
Administer annual and ad hoc engagement surveys. Coordinate with vendor to ensure accurate setup of data groupings and benchmarks. Maintain security access and generate reports.
Create/deploy Smartsheet forms to support confidential data collection for various projects.
Respond to incoming inquiries through the HR ticketing system, in accordance with service level expectations.
Administer the HR page/s of the Company’s intranet; coordinate with key HR stakeholders to ensure currency of policies, procedures and other related information.
Coordinate the ordering and delivery of required posters/notifications at all Company sites globally.
Facilitate the ordering and delivery of flowers, gifts, Company swag for new hire onboarding as well as employee events.
Provide data/reports to support regulatory reporting requirements; file workers compensation claims with carrier as needed.
Support M&A integration activities as required.
Create/document standard operating procedures (“SOPs”).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or related field, or related experience
Minimum 2+ years of related experience
Working knowledge of Workday
Working knowledge of HR-related local, state, federal and country regulations
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$61,725.30-89,446.24 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
