Schedule:

Open shifts in the Bell Staff department include:

     Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

     Saturday: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

     Sunday: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Priority shifts include 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Monday-Friday and 7:00 AM-3:00 PM on Sunday. 

We are looking for team members who have flexibility to work at least one shift during the week and one on the weekend. More shifts are available if interested. 

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $13.00 to $13.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

The exciting and fast-paced Bell Staff department at DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is hiring new team members. Our Bell Staff team members are primarily responsible for transporting guests anywhere in a 2-mile radius of the hotel and the airport in our 14-passenger shuttle buses.

Bell Staff team members are also responsible for assisting guests with luggage, providing directions, local suggestions and recommendations, and, as time allows, maintaining the appearance of the shuttles and hotel lobby, entrance, and market.

Qualifications:

All interested applicants should be safe drivers with a clean driving record. Prior experience isn't necessary as well as any special licensing. Eligible candidates must hold a valid, regular driver's license, be interested in working 16 hours (or more if desired) per week, and have a flexible schedule that allows for at least one weeknight and one weekend shift per week.  

Physical Demands

lift and carry up to 40 lbs, ability to get in and out of shuttle vehicle multiple times throughout shift, ability to sit and drive for periods for anywhere between 5 to 45 minutes of time
