We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based Traveling (Training) Specialist to support our clients by delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring smooth coordination of learning programs, and enhancing user adoption of various business applications. This role requires a strong background in training, communication, and technology, along with the flexibility to travel when necessary. 

 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES  

  • Training Expertise – Effectively delivering engaging training sessions and adapting to different learning styles.  

  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.  

  • Public Speaking – Experience conducting presentations, webinars, and virtual or in-person training sessions.  

  • Time Management – Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage training schedules efficiently.  

  • Technical Proficiency – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual training platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams), and business-related software.  

  • Adaptability – Capable of learning new technologies quickly and transferring knowledge effectively. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

  • Become an expert in various business software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Adobe products, and other industry-specific tools.  

  • Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communication software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Connect.  

  • Provide virtual and onsite training support as needed.  

  • Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.  

  • Gather and organize training materials through research and collaboration.  

  • Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to internal and external teams.  

  • Maintain a professional and engaging attitude, even in a repetitive work environment.  

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to training and program management.  

  • Travel as needed to deliver onsite training sessions.  

  • Work with the staffing team to deploy external resources for project work.  

  • Serve as a liaison between project managers and internal teams regarding client progress and training needs.  

  • Mentor vendor resources on best practices for project work and training delivery.  

  • Conduct knowledge transfers to project resources.  

  • Participate in the training and development of internal resources.  

  • Act as the primary point of communication for all training resources assigned to projects, ensuring consistency in communication and training processes.  

  • Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives to enhance training and client support. 

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or a related field.  

  • Experience – 1-2 years of experience in corporate training or adult education.  

  • Language Proficiency – Strong verbal and written English communication skills.  

  • Work Schedule – Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms.  

  • Other Qualifications  

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Experience in training outline development and proofreading training materials. 

  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and change management best practices. 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes. 

  • Certified virtual facilitator (preferred). 

 

WHAT WE OFFER  

  • Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - PHP 60,000 

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
