The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Program Account Management Support will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating with others to meet team goals.
Continuous Learner: Willing to stay updated on best practices in data management and administration and adopt new tools or methods as needed.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Report Management: Pull reports from various data sources, organize and upload them into shared folders for PAMs to access, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
Webstore Review: Review webstores for item presence based on data pulled from reports, flagging discrepancies, and ensuring product availability is reflected correctly in the reports.
Data Entry and Validation: Perform data entry and validation to maintain up-to-date information across systems and assist in database accuracy.
Routine Data-Management Tasks: Handle repeatable and process-driven tasks related to data tracking.
Collaboration: Work closely with the PAMs and other team members to ensure smooth data flow and report management
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration or any related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of Project Management or any related roles.
Experienced and comfortable managing large data sets and creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets.

Programs that will be used
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, and Outlook.

Ability to learn company-specific systems.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 23,000 -30,000
Industry: Promotional
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
