Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking to grow your career? We are seeking a Home-Based Production Assistant to support our clients in the fast-paced roofing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in performing support and administrative tasks specific to the construction and roofing sectors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manages office communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries related to roofing services.
Maintains, organizes, and stores company records, contracts, and project documentation.
Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and assists in managing roofing project timelines.
Assists in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary financial documentation.
Supports the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Manages office supplies and inventories and ensures a well-organized virtual workspace.
Assists with marketing efforts, such as updating social media pages, maintaining company brochures, and creating promotional materials.
Ensures compliance with safety and industry regulations by keeping track of necessary certifications and permits.
Performs other related tasks as needed to support the multiple teams.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in office management, business management, or any related course.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Familiarity with roofing terminology, materials, and processes is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Customer-oriented and can adapt to and respond to diverse nationalities.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Various roofing industry-specific software (i.e., AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, EagleView, Exactimate)
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000
Industry: Roofing Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8 AM- 5 PM CST
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
