The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Marketing Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for supporting various marketing efforts, including data analysis, SEO, and LinkedIn engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
Salary Range: PHP 37,500-45,000
Job Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and optimization of SEO, PPC, and website content, all to drive traffic and leads.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and HubSpot.
LinkedIn client and competitor, tracking for ideas on engagement.
Track and analyze where leads are coming from
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and help with the execution of campaign strategies, and ensure deadlines are met.
Leverage AI to help with writing and other marketing tasks.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. (BS/BA or equivalent preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or any direct promo sales experience.
Experience with Google AdWords, Ahrefs, and SEO
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is nice
Writing skills preferred (provide writing samples)
Quick and strong PC skills (Excel, Outlook, MS 365)
