The DCX Home Based HR Admin will perform a variety of duties in primarily assisting the Labor Relations Officer to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.
You will work as a full-time employee for DCX. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details:
Industry: BPO
Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Written and Spoken English Skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: PHP 25,000.00
Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end processing of employee cases and notices.
Review all disengaged team members and provide recommendations as necessary.
Issue Demand Letters for employees who have failed to surrender IT peripherals and other cases.
Review Performance Improvement Plan enrollments and weekly reports.
Issuance of Notice of Decision for every failed PIP.
Completion of quarterly projects.
Consultation with DOLE and NLRC.
Assist the Labor Relations Officer with all DOLE Audits and keep abreast with current & new DOLE circulars, labor laws & regulations.
Provide labor relations-related reports as needed.
Additional Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development, Legal Management, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences and/or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Labor Relations
Experience in the BPO environment is ideal
With exposure to processing employee cases, memorandums, notices, and internal labor processes
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
