The DCX Client Services - Home Based Import Project Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 35,000-43,000
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas factories.
Oversee import production process including design, sampling, third-party testing, inspections and shipping
Monitor import projects to ensure adherence to production schedules.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product development team
Support internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish clear production management guidelines.
Maintain production schedules.
Oversee the manufacturing process, including version tracking, and evaluation against specifications.
Ensure final sign-off from internal teams and clients.
Communicate with factories regarding all aspects of product life cycle
Additional Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of project management experience in sales, corporate marketing, or the promotional products industry, preferred.
Experience with overseas importing.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret business documents.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and effectively present information.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Solutions-driven with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
