DCX is looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to support our U.S.-based clients with compelling catalogues, digital designs, and online store maintenance. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Creative Execution: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums.

• Visual & Technical Skills: Strong understanding of composition, branding, and design principles.

• Time Management: Meets tight deadlines and manages multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design client catalogues that align with brand aesthetics (Photoshop proficiency required).

• Manage and update product listings on WooCommerce-based websites.

• Keep online stores updated with seasonal offerings and campaigns.

• Coordinate with vendors to verify inventory, pricing, and timelines.

• Ensure deadlines and expectations are clearly communicated with internal teams.

• Recommend improvements to product displays and user experience.

• Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with design and site management needs.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in graphic design or similar roles.

• Schedule: Ability to work overnight or U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

• Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency.

• Software Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

  • Skilled in Microsoft and Google applications.

  • Comfortable using WooCommerce/WordPress.

  • Familiarity with virtual mockups, eCommerce tools, and promotional product design.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
