Job Description
The DCX - Facilis Daily Finance Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing promotional business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Logistics
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Work Days: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
Salary Range: PHP 40,000-43,000
Job Responsibilities
Receive vendor invoices
Upload vendor invoices to Syncore
Attach vendor invoices to job attachments
Enter information for cost and published rate along with the tracking # to the job tracker from the daily FedEx / Shipping Report
Approve vendor invoices
Invoice client
Issue credits against client invoice
Software that will be used:
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
Microsoft Excel
Formulas, Sorting, Proficiency with Spreadsheets
Microsoft Word
Proficiency with editing and creating Word documents
FacilisGroup Syncore/@ease (Training will be available)
QuickBooks knowledge a plus
Qualifications:
At least1-3 years of experience handling accounts receivable
Efficiency in Microsoft Office or related suite
Strong verbal, written and communication skills
Strong work ethic; uses creativity and takes initiative to get the job done
Related Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task during the day by managing different areas of the accounting department
Ability to be a good teammate; willing to cross-train to help with coverage when others are out of the office
Able to type quickly and accurately
