The DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive Assistant will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. With a focus on multitasking and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team. WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
  • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
  • Ensuring all revenue is captured appropriately utilizing NetSuite and given automated tools.
  • Coordinating and preparing timely internal and external financial statements and the basic analysis thereof
  • Coordinating activities of external auditors
  • Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process including data to populate KPI’s and dashboards as needed
  • Managing the budget process
  • Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
  • Evaluating, overseeing and implementing strong accounting and internal control systems
  • Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of NetSuite and supporting database, as needed
  • Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
  • Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
  • Hiring, training and retaining skilled accounting staff
  • Hubspot and LinkedIn sales experience and lead generation

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.  

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant for a C-Suite level report, or other relevant administrative support experience. 

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, with the ability to learn new or updated software. 

  • Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:   

  • Exposure to project management tools. 

  • Someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented 

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. 

  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. 

 

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: Php 30,000- Php 35,000  

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
